Buckwheat honey is the emblematic honey of Brittany.
Coming from a small local production in limited quantities, it has become one of the top honeys of Brittany! It is harvested from July to the end of August. It's color is dark with a discreet aroma and a strong woody flavour. It is consistent, very thick and highly nutritious!

Toast a slice of country style bread, spread some salted butter on the warm toast, and then add a thin layer of this Buckwheat honey, and enjoy!
