This honey is produced using the various nectars of our Brittany forests. It's aroma changes depending on the various forests, bringing to mind the smells and tastes of the woody underbrush which is highlighted by a hint of liquorice. It's color is always very dark, almost black when harvested. When solidified it's color becomes a nice shade of brown.
